​Cities and towns require competent counsel in a variety of areas of municipal law, including matters such as legal process, liability exposure, organized labor, Civil Service, workplace harassment, unemployment and municipal finances. 

 

Attorney Horn has more than 30 years of municipal service in public safety. He has two years as a Town Coordinator, bringing a unique perspective to town counsel work.
